Support for Those Who’ve Served
This work is deeply personal to me. My father served with the King’s Own Scottish Borderers, was awarded the Queen’s Commendation, and I was born in a military hospital. I grew up in a military family, surrounded by the values of service, loyalty, and quiet resilience that stay with you for life.
Today, Kim and I at The Manse Method® are proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, formalising our commitment to supporting serving personnel, veterans, and their families. It reflects not just what we do, but who we are.
I’m also an honorary member of Folkestone Veterans Breakfast Club and a proud supporter of Veterans United Against Suicide. I understand that the impact of service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off — and that for many veterans, the hardest battles begin after service.
At The Manse Method®, we want to give something back in a way that genuinely helps. That’s why we offer your first session completely free, no pressure, no judgement, and no need to talk about the past.
It’s simply an opportunity to experience how The Manse Method® can help you release the emotional weight of what’s behind you and move forward with strength, clarity, and peace.
