As one of the co-creators of The Manse Method® and co-founder of The Manse Retreat, my work is centred on helping people transform their emotional wellbeing safely and effectively. I am a trained IEMT practitioner, hypnotherapist, yoga instructor, and nutritional therapist, bringing a truly integrated approach to supporting the mind and body through change.

My background in nutrition and lifestyle medicine allows me to look at emotional health from a wider perspective, understanding how stress, trauma, and past experiences shape not only how we feel, but also how our bodies function. This holistic insight has been key to the development of The Manse Method®, ensuring it supports the whole person rather than just their symptoms.

I believe deeply that while we cannot rewrite the past, we can change how it lives within us. Through my work, I guide clients towards releasing emotional weight without retraumatisation, creating the space for renewed energy, resilience, and peace.
